If you look at their past guests. Amanda, Amera La Negra, and Tisha Campbell played recurring parts on the show (I believe to 'test' which one of those three ladies would be the best fit for a permanent co-hosting gig). Unfortunately, it seems that they went with Amanda, because A) Loni was even more threatened by Amera's presence and vibrant personality; even more so than Tamar's and B) Tisha didn't seem that she was as well-received by the audience/fans, although she seems like a very sweet person. Amanda was the only one of those three that didn't overshadow Loni.

Loni has been acting different since Amanda joined “The Real,” she’s been just agreeing g with everything Amanda says no matter grow ignorant it is. As black woman, I understand racism, but almost every episodes turns into something about racism where there is no racism and then justifying wrong, and they’re being more biased. I don’t think the other girls had anything to do with Tamar getting fired, and I really don’t think they know, but I don’t think Loni had influence especially cuz Tamar had met with Loni about getting a new manager and what not and soon after that Tamar got fired. That’s not a coincidence and I feel they just have been talking about money. I think Tamar made a mistake of accusing the other girls, she should have just kept it between her and Loni. People can influence other people. We see it everyday. I had worked jobs where majority of the time women will complain to management. When the person does anything, the person get fired. A director was fired at my last job. Coworkers had complained about her in the past. This one incident happened, the supervisor went to HR and the director was fired eventhough she was in the right with the supervisor. Because of prior complaints, the director was fired.
