Lontong Singapore | Cara Buat Lontong Sedap Mak Leha | Lontong Kuah Sayur Lodeh | Rahiza Dorah

Lontong Singapore? Apa bezanya dengan lontong tempat lain? Ntahlah… tapi ni lah resepi yang saya gunakan dari dulu. Pertama kali buat lontong ni masa ada jamuan di rumah baru pada awal tahun 2000… hehehe.. baru2 nak belajar masak masa tu, nasib baik mak ada, boleh tolong adjust kan rasanya… kalau tak, ntah lah orang boleh makan ke tidak.. hahaha 😊
Sekarang Alhamdulillah, bolehlah tahan sikit, confident dah nak masak sendiri. Harap2 perkongsian ni boleh memanfaatkan sesiapa yang nak belajar.
Recipe (in Malay and English)
\\Bahan-bahan (~Malay~) (untuk 12-15 orang makan)
2 bj Bawang besar
15-18 bj Bawang kecil
10 bj Bawang putih
1 jari Kunyit hidup
1 sb Lada kisar
1 sb Rempah kari
2 sb Udang kering
2 sb Ikan bilis
3 btg Serai
2 inci Lengkuas
1-2 helai Daun kunyit (kalau besar guna 1 helai saja)
6-7 keping Daun salam
1/2 bj Sayur kobis
1/2 bj Sengkuang
6-8 btg Sayur kacang panjang
1 btg Lobak merah
1 kg Kelapa parut
4 keping Tahu
6 keping Tempe
12-15 bj Telur rebus
Garam
Gula
Serbuk perasa

2-3 inch Tumeric
1 tbsp Blended dried chilli
1 tbsp Curry powder
2 tbsp Dried shrimp
2 tbsp Dried anchovies
3 pcs Lemongrass
2 inch Galangal
1-2 pcs Tumeric leaf
6-7 pcs Bay leaf
1/2 Cabbage
1/2 Sweet turnip
6-8 pcs Long beans
1 pc Carrot
1 kg Shredded coconut
4 pcs Beancurd
6 pcs “Tempe” (fermented soybean)
12-15 pcs Boiled eggs
Salt
Sugar
Seasoning
