Your consideration of your passenger is much appreciated. When complaining of the intensity of pain in ear-popping to a pilot, (not his flight), he told me that "you shouldn't feel discomfort if the pilot is doing his job properly". He then explained that the descent rate has an acute effect on the human body. Still enjoying your vlog...your bucket list is our edutainment.

So true. I was once in a 777 that went into a rapid steep descent on approach into JFK. I’m a seasoned flyer and I felt like I was about to pass out when the cabin pressure finally equalized. When we got to the luggage carousel my legs were like rubber and I needed a wheelchair assistance to make it through customs. No explanation was ever given by the airline but I did receive some free inflight wifi coupons.

Ryan Adding to what someone had added to your Patreon Page, the bomber is a Mitsubishi G3M (Allied designation “Nell”). This was an Imperial Navy bomber noted as a Navy Type 96 Attack Bomber. There were several models with a range varying from 2365 to 3363 NM. Crew varied from 5 to 7 with a cruising speed of about 160 its. About 700 planes were produced. (Source: “Japanese Aircraft of Pacific War” by Rene J. Francillon) Were the engines nearby? WhenI lived in Micronesia and travelled to islands, I used to look at wrecked Japanese aircraft engines and see the safety wiring of some of the engines knowing that an aircraft worker hand wired those nuts and bolts. Ryan, Great video as always. I had an idea: What if you did a 5 part series, assuming your viewers were beginner pilots. 1st an introductory ride, then Lesson 1, Lesson 2, etc. I got my license in 1982 but haven't flown since the 90s. I get a lot of what you're saying, but technology is a barrier. I think it would be fun to watch you "Instruct" during your daily flights. I think many of your other viewers would enjoy it as well.....

Sure it is called a hot start in a Rolls-Royce, maybe the PT-6 does a different type. There, I made my 2 cent comment, but a shame to the situation with the bomber and great video. Being a sling-wing driver, I would just lift from the tie-down. Be careful with that computer weather...

Anyway thanks! Your so lucky! When i was in the US Navy i got to go around the world 2 times and the south pacific was by far my favorite place in the whole world it is just so beautiful! Hey Ryan, Loving the Videos. Today you mentioned Kavieng. That is one of my favourite places on earth. Do you get up there much? Would love to see a fight up there one day. Just off the coast is a along side NUSA is full of WWII wrecks. And I have dived 6 plane wrecks in that area. The best a an American B25 down towards Albatross passage or the Pete just off the NUSA island. The guys at the dive shop have some awesome back stories on the local wrecks if your into that sort of stuff. Keep it up.
