I think what we like so much about Dirt Perfect youtube is that you're just an everyday blue collar guy like the majority of us. The job site bantering shows a true friendship with you guys. If you can't have fun at work, it's just work.

We live over in Evansville. My 15 year old son has a huge passion for heavy equipment and dirt work. He has developed it strongly over the last 2 years because of Dirt Perfect and LetsDig18. He watches every video and it’s become his life. He has already got himself a job with a local excavating company and has been running the compactor on jobs and doing shop work. Not everything on the internet is bad. Some of It helps shapes the interest of the youth. My 15 year old would in no way have the knowledge of equipment brands, how they work, soil types, job site set up, if it wasn’t for channels like you and letsdig. Thank you for that. You tube has been good for us. Our son got to meet Logger Wade when he was logging near our home and we have run into Captain here in town a time or two when he has been working his day job. As a parent I Appreciate all you guys do on the channel because it’s made a difference in my child’s life.

Mike, you nailed it at the 18:00 mark when you said "VARIETY"! Variety is what makes your channel so special. Between moving dirt, working in the shop, field trips, racing go karts, helping the community, working with other YTers, such as Capt. Kleeman, Farmer Chris, LetsDig18, and the others, is enjoyable, entertaining, AND, sometimes educational. That is what makes your shop videos so good, because you are teaching how to do things, whether you know it or not! Your "partner in crime", MBTS, is a fun co-worker, and he definitely KNOWS his welding skills. Thanks for everything, and as they say, "KEEP ON KEEPING ON!"

DP just keep doing what you’re doing. The content, and the banter between your crew is what keeps me and probably a lot of the viewers interested enough to see,and hear what’s coming on. Farmer Chris certainly is a character in his own right, a ( git er done ) good ole boy, and we like him too.

For me I find what makes Dirt Perfect a great channel and enjoyable to watch is you want to watch it in its entirety! Most channels I find myself fast forwarding through a good portion of the show. As you mentioned Let’s Digg 18, I have watched almost all of his shows but most of them I seem to fast forward. Not because it’s bad but because it’s a lot of the same content. Enjoy your and Aaron’s content, and always looking forward to the next episode! Well done, keep up the great work!,👊😎

Always like hanging out with you and Aaron for an hour every couple of days on the job site. And I really enjoy listening to Farmer Chris and whatever he has to say about the economy, what's affecting farming etc. I've learned a lot from him about what it takes to keep our nation fed and the risks a farmer takes just putting a crop in the ground (I never realized farmers were insane, betting a million dollars in the hopes of making, in a good year, a 10% return on investment... With huge risks). Just listening to the two of you talk about whatever comes to mind is a good time in my book. Looking forward to the new podcast season. 😺

its your quality, of work that I like the most!! The second thing that makes me watch your channel is that you guys enjoy giving it to each other !! And I love it when your wife keeps you in check!! " happy wife happy life" we all follow this unwritten law !! Maybe that's not the correct way to say it or even think it!? But any decisions made without the welfare of your family should not be made!! I truly look forward to future jobs you make look so easy!! there's the danger factor that you are always aware of that keeps me on the edge of my seat!! love it!!

I'm an equipment operator for a county road department so I'm used to running equipment. But working on roads and infrastucture is different than what you do so I really enjoy seeing other projects that I don't get to do. What I really appreciate about your channel though is how real it is. Watching you is pretty much how it is on my job sites. I don't like channels that are "scripted" or cater to sponsors. Keep it up, your one of my favorite channels I enjoy watching.

Just starting out in the dirt world and I have no one to learn from, I just watch you and others. Man its difficult to figure out how and when and where to grow the business. I'm trying to do everything and not make mistakes and waste money but something as simple as a work truck can be a difficult decision. You have 3 trucks, I understand 1 of them is a toy (which I have something similar) but trying to convince my wife in need to keep my current truck (old Duramax) and buy a 3rd truck seems impossible. Not to mention a place to store equipment and work on things. I wish there was an easier way. My biggest thing is wanting to buy a dump truck, so many options and none of them fit every bill. Its like you need 1 of everything in every size.

My daughter was a female version of me, no patience, stubborn, etc. She became a registered nurse in a very large, well known local, city hospital. She has won awards and certificates for being an outstanding nurse. My point is, if she chooses nursing don`t worry, it`s because she has compassion and wants to be a nurse, she`ll be fine.

"If I don't say nuthin..." AMEN to that! That's the 'on the screen answer.' Meanwhile behind closed doors if the vendor doesn't want to hear what you have to say, then they aren't worth your time. I work with a global 3letter computer company with one class of their products and one of the big plusses is the ability to tell them exactly what they need to hear, and they want to hear it. Many of the other vendors I deal with less just don't what to hear what I want to say, so I work with them even less!

It was a wonderful time!! An if I may be so bold here for a moment. Like you I had “possible “ plans for the business but 1 boy 1 girl an? Like you I didn’t push I let them both go down their own path. They both spent thousands a thousands of hours with me an in equipment a building. But🤷🏻‍♂️ their hearts pulled them differently than I would have liked but I supported their decision and their path in life. Lol life is funny sometimes!! The Daughter is a full time Simi diesel mechanic now 🤦‍♂️ The boy is full time gravel pit operator a light construction 🤷🏻‍♂️ But I do not regret leaving them to sort out their dreams . I still help my little brother with construction an excavation @70 I flat out can’t stand retirement I’ll probably work till I can’t. Sorry for the long winded comment 🤷🏻‍♂️ But if we give our children all the tools an experience we can to make their own path in life Then we have achieved our parent roll . Thanks for all the time you take to make these videos coz it is very time consuming ❤❤❤ ( editing due to spell boo boo)

I love excavators that now have seats that are easier on the back now back in the day when you hit a giant bump you could feel it thru your whole body now these special seats you can barely feel you hitting a bump also what I love now is the heated cabs now on excavators and bulldoges during the cold and months you can run a bulldozer or an excavator in 20° weather and that's very nice it's also nice now you can run an excavator or bulldozer at 90° weather in the summertime and barely feel the heat outside. Equipment manufacturers have come a long ways since the '70s and '80s
