Wow. Such great tips. Iam a apple shape short torso and find v necks and blazers to be my best looks. I look good in stright leg pants Mid rise. And always stay with Neutral shades. My wife often asks me if her dress makes her look fat. I do my best to reassure her, that no, it’s her gut that makes her look fat. But I’ve learned that she doesn’t want a honest opinion, so I just say that she looks beautiful and she is happy. Husbands need to be educated, not so much the lady.

I like this! I’m not plus-size, but, definitely fuller-figured. I wear a lot of black, navy, dark green and burgundy. I add brighter colours in my accessories. I’ve always stayed away from horizontal stripes, and now know to skip large prints. I find that wide-legged jeans don’t work for me at all. Off to buy a vertically striped shirt now! 😉 Thank you for these tips!

I am 4 ft 10 in. And 150 lb. The style of verticle stripes makes me look shorter and wider. So does not suit every body type. I have to try clothes on before buying. Takes a long time shopping.
