Right after the jump focus on left leg. As soon as you land on your left hand, try to PUSH your left leg up from your left hand before you put down your right hand on the floor.

You gotta throw that arm to the 3 o clock position. You can't " throw " when ur vertical. Thats why u have to initiate a swoop and turn sideways to throw. U will feel it in ur shoulder.
