LOOKING BACK AT 2023: LIFE IN FLORIDA!

In 2023, we relocated to Florida to follow where we believed the Lord wanted us to be. The year started out as something so unexpected, so new, and so very different from the life we were used to in Tennessee. The year was nothing short of amazing - We found an amazing home, made some wonderful friendships, branched out Paine Construction Co. with some new jobs, were blessed with a miracle pregnancy and our beautiful 6th child (Baby William), and it seems we’re only getting started.
It’s amazing what happens when we take steps in faith. It can be terrifying, paralyzing even, to leave behind the comfort of what we know and venture into uncharted waters - But God knows! He has been so incredibly faithful to us throughout this last year, no matter the season of life we were in.
Our editor put together these clips to share some of our most exciting moments, including some of our behind the scenes clips, to remind us just how exciting life in Florida has been - It truly has been and we’re so excited for what the Lord has in store for 2024!

Tears. This so reminds me of my little family when my 5 were babies. My youngest is now 10 and I can’t believe those days of having babies is over. Teens are now in their place and my heart aches for those littles once again. A smile always comes when I think of the grandchildren I will have one day and whom I already love ❤️

Your little growing family just blesses my heart! It's so refreshing to see the joy on the children's faces when they are helping with chores & especially Carson's reaction to when y'all did the scavenger hunt to find out y'all were pregnant. His reaction was precious & perfect! Not to mention when William came home to meet them! Thank you for a year of sharing your family. 11:15. I grew up in the 1980s. My mom used to get home from work at 4PM each day & me, my sister, & I would eat dinner together everyday at 5PM. We would actually have dinner watching Little House on a Prairie (that was on re-runs every day at 5PM). We would talk about our days at school, my mom's day at work, & discuss the episode of Little House on the Prairie that was airing (because there was a Christian lesson in every episode). Watching TV while eating seems a little counter intuitive, but it worked for my family and it set a schedule that dinner had to happen every day at 5PM.

I love how natural your family is with your on-line presence. Your children come off as very happy and loved. They have not been made to perform for the camera. You seem content with what you have in life and aren’t hawking a bunch products or purchasing expensive Teslas, furniture, or the latest hot gadgets. You make tasty, nourishing meals and involve your children in meal prep instead of constantly eating take-out food and expensive coffees/beverages. Keep up the good work. I am a Christian, but my belief system is not as conservative as yours, but I would have loved growing up in a family like yours.
