Thanks for the honest take. I feel like the youtube creator community really pushes upgrading to the latest new tech and gear, without really acknowledging the power and importance of lighting. Now I'm in the boat of having all the necessary camera gear, but don't have a lighting set up which makes my gear less effective.

Yes I made that error too. Wish I started with a small camera and a couple of good lights instead. I did a lot of cityscape when I started so no lighting but now I do lighting as a cinematographer a lot of the time

This video is so informative. Camera porn is a thing... Keep your Sony A7S3, nothing really beats it bro (Fuji Xpro 2 user). Want open gate, then buy an old XS20 or Lumix GH5/6 and keep the Sony. You lighting set ups are golden... It reminds of (last year heat wave) of the peach iced tea from Starbucks... Love love this channel. I've been here for the past 30 minutes. Keep on going.
