Gwynne and Lewis were a great comedy team. Some of the best episodes of Munsters are when Herman and Grandpa were scheming and plotting some idea, which usually by the end of the episode, backfired on them.

This show is still hilarious, the humor isn't dated. I watched this new, as a child. I also watched the Addams Family sitcom when it was new, but even as a child I thought it was just somewhat funny. As an adult I think it is very bland and boring, with nothing about it funny. Several adults I know also think that way about it. The Munsters is hilarious no matter how old I am!!
