I always enjoy these (Apple)SMR videos. There's something about those design books and those large heavy art books that I had as a kid.

yes!! art books are so wonderfully tactile and I'm sad people don't do more with them ASMR-wise.

Love this! I've been an Apple fan as long as I can remember, and I've worked for them for a few years now. I somehow enjoyed watching this more than flipping through my own copy.

No, but I am in sales. I work in corporate though. ASMR and Apple are two of my favorite things, so many of your videos are heaven for me. Your Apple Watch unboxing is one of my most played ASMR Videos.

Your videos always succeed to make me relaxed! It's so wonderful how your calming voice and noises of paper for example, can give a relaxing mood so instantly. I have troubles sleeping and I couldn't find anything to help me sleep, but your videos are the only resolution to my problem :)

I like apple products but my only gripe is that their computer OS is not intuitive.They should really just overhaul and start from scratch. The sad part is that windows is going towards that same direction. Since widows 8 they're pushing it into a iphone/ipad/xbox styled app system with tons of ads. Basically an ad software with numerous limitations. Similar to a console box. Hopefully we're not going to get to a point where you can only download software from Microsoft store. That would be disastrous.

For the price of the book you'd think they would label each device so ppl would know what it's called, but I guess they choose aesthetic over function. What he called a nano was actually a shuffle. Other than that, good video!

"Got rid of some of the 'complications" Lmao you mean the second button. Apple has had some awesome designs through the years for sure, but not everything they make is revolutionary. That mouse design is terrible when it comes to functionality.

Dick Woodcox List of top 20 Greatest Coffee Table Books of All Time 1. Life: 70 years of Extraordinary Photography ($72) 2. Ansel Adams: 400 Photographs ($60-$70) 3.The Americans: ($134) 4. Norman Rockwell 332 Magazine Covers ($65) 5. Revelations by Diane Arbus ($105) 6. Vanity Fair: The Portraits - A Century of Iconic Images ($120) 7. Henri Cartier-Bresson: The Modern Century ($65) Etc, etc, etc And to note, these are all the hardcover editions. There are cheaper paperback issues. So no, I would hardly say a "typical" price for a good coffee table book.
@christophersykora36016 жыл бұрын
Matthew Johnston the book is astoundingly well engineered. It sounds stupid, but if you look into it...it’s actually very interesting. That said, some of the money is because it’s Apple. Worth it for my money, doesn’t mean it has to be worth it for yours.
@mcjohnston20106 жыл бұрын
Christopher Sykora It’s a book of pictures of hardware. No matter how the book is “engineered”, it’s not worth $300.
