But dropped or significantly altered generally due of the safety concerns associated with tight circuits with no run off zones. None of which apparently applies to Monaco. But why would it apply when there are Billionaires to cater to. And what did we see on Sunday? Yup, a first lap crash that took three cars out of the race and set the entire race back by what 45 minutes? Oh and not a single overtake until lap 51, with there only being four in total throughout the entire race and none of these happening within the top 10 positions. The size comparison at 1min01 is very misleading, you overlapped Monaco (which is around 3km in length) onto an area of Paris between l'Ile de la cité and Place du Chatelet which is around 200 meters. So Monaco on that scale would need to be 15 times larger than what is represented here. It would stretch across almost 1/3 of the size of Paris (which, granted, is still pretty small for a state, but nowhere near the 200 m you showed on the map which literally take 2 minutes to walk across the bridge over the Seine river)
