The big unanswered question is how did it work? Did it make a noticeable difference at high/track speeds? Buffeting? I took mine to the track without a windscreen and at speeds over 120 miles an hour it seemed fairly difficult to hang on and I was definitely more fatigued by the end of the day than I would have been on a bike with fairings.

Seeing this in person, I must say, it’s really beautiful. Also, anything that helps Mike have a better ride is a sure go for me! 🥰

Dude you are just amazing! I bought the ilmberger Carbon windscreen and I could't figure it out. You are legit the only person who makes those videos. Subed!

I think leaving the sides silver looks better so it isn’t just a big black plate from a distance. I have a stealth black V4S so that’s what I have done. Personal preference at the end of the day.

I say keep it on Mike! Another great one! 🙌🙌🙌

I think it looks even better in real life. Long term review coming soon.

That looks pretty dope man. Keeper in my vote for sure.

The wiring is definitely a small concern but the male and female clip is seal tight. I’ll run it for a bit and do a long term review for an update.

You saved my life a couple of times dude! Thank you. How about a video on how to adjust the front lights? 😅 It should be easy but I couldn’t fix them following the manual. 🤟🏼 cheers

Great looking part by Rizoma, shame it leave the cables exposed. Great video as always!!!

Agreed, I think this windscreen is one of the better looking attempts to add wind protection.
@johnmackey77212 жыл бұрын
The Ducati Performance screen leaves the wiring exposed in the same way.

Best looking screen so far but surely these manufacturers can supply something to cover up the back of the dash.

I've been running it for awhile now and I cant imaging riding without it. Thank you for watching. Subscribe for more content.

Leaving wires exposed surely lead to problems ?

I like how it looks but I don’t know if I like having those cables and conector exposed to the elements. Thanks for the video brother. God a new sub here 👍🏼

Man I didn’t get a notification on this. Good thing I manually check in. Looks good Mike. But I’d just always be aware of the open vulnerable area hoping debris never gets in there. Idk man. I wouldn’t risk it IMO.

Hello, many thanks for your Video. I have The shield installed like you show. Is it ok,that the Display ist very loose behind the shield with no fixation with srews?kind regards Peter

Hi Mike, I noticed on the screen the edges are silver when it’s taken out the box. Is that just a peel off to reveal the black underneath?

You mentioned V4s, the non S model would also fit FYI. Same bike

Yes, you're right. It's for both models. I usually reference my exact bike during these videos. Smash that Thumbs Up!

Nice video. I like the fairing but the wires of the dash are not protected now?

The Rizoma design is meant to be that way. We’ve ran the StreetFighter as shown in the video for over a year without any issues. Highly recommend.

You ride this bike day to day, how is it? I’m trying to step away from sport bikes but not naked’s and this bike and the tuono v4 1100 Factory are my top two at the moment, I own a 2003 Aprilia RSV MILLE and sport bikes are ehhh to me

The bike is an absolute dream! Fast, easy to ride, not as hot as a pure super bike. The experienced is unparalleled. The only downside is that it's an expensive bike.

I have same one and I get less areo dynamics with shield took off also makes it look less aggressive

I’m sure it’s very well-made as all rizoma products are ! Not sure if I like the looks trying to talk myself into it

I can assured you that it definitely makes a huge difference at high speed. The look sets it apart from all the StreetFighter V4s on the road.

i like the look of it but with the wiring harness visible, i dont like it
@ducatifamfl53063 жыл бұрын
I love the look but will pass as having a large wire harness semi exposed freaks me out a little... Potential electronic system short? When washing my bike this would bother me.
@xarjie3 жыл бұрын
Yea my thoughts exactly. If the harness were fully covered like oem then it would much better.
@garin87262 жыл бұрын
Na it’s made to withstand that look at all the other wires on the bike my dude

Ilmberger Carbon from germany is better, does not have any exposed wiring harness

Sadly, Rizoma kind of stole the design from MATERYA Italy, mircosapiodesign.
