Hi Michelle I’ve watched your video a couple of times. I love the look of this shawl . Thanks to the Love to Loom group I now feel confident I can actually do this. The biggest regular gauge loom I have is a 41 peg. I have ordered a longer rake or rectangular loom. It’s not due to arrive till next week. I love the idea of using painters tape...thanks for that great tip. Also I like the idea of the edge pegs and beginning and ending garter stitch. As a crocheter I love the Lacey look and clean edges. I’m really excited about making this. It is so pretty!

Thanks, great video. You are always so clear in your instructions. I think I will try this for a summer poncho. Maybe on that new KB multi knit loom. What do you think? I have some Mandala tweed stripes.👍🦋😊

hello I love your achievements, I have already made several 😊 for this one can you tell me how you made the edges please? I saw that they were on 2 pegs at the beginning and at the end but I can't see the stitch used 🥺🥺 thank you in advance, and big kisses from France 😊😊

You just knit and purl or purl and kniit (depending on what way you're going) the edge pegs to give you that clean edge look

@@MrsRynsai i believe its about math which im not good at 3/8 ?peg = 5/8 kk 24 peg
@MrsRynsai4 жыл бұрын
You can do this with the chart / pattern with any loom as I say in the video. The 5/8" one I used is just my preference. If you're trying to figure out how wide to make it on a 3/8" just use 2 pegs for every one peg I did

Do u have a shawl pattern using a 75 Boye loom....Thank u...
@MrsRynsai3 жыл бұрын
You can use any loom for this, I personally don't use Boye looms, they're horrible to use. But you can use any loom as long as you have the correct multiple amount you need to make it wider or narrower

how do you start from the first 2 to 3 beginning rows
@MrsRynsai3 жыл бұрын
if you have the written instructions (link in the description below) I show that after you do the garter edges at the bottom, you go right into the body as I show in the video. Use the last row of the garter to set up for the moving pegs / yarn I show in the video

I do not have this particular loom. Is there another loom I can use? Such as a regular gauge rectangular rake loom? It has 18 pegs per side. Or could I use 40 pegs on a 41 peg circular loom?
@MrsRynsai4 жыл бұрын
You can use any loom with multiples of 10 + 2 for the edge pegs as I mention in the video and in the written pattern 😉
