While I'll constantly be nervous about this film completing production, I'm glad that this one seems to be going along so far. While I am looking forward to and hoping they don't completely shut down Bye Bye Bunny, this was the one I was most excited for. And check out that fluid pencil test animation. This is going to look great when and if it's completed.

There's still hope! The movie is still in production and likely going through many changes. And even if Marvin isn't the main protagonist he might still be involved in some way. Personally I'm not a fan of how the writers treat him and other characters these days (they seem hyperfixated on Porky and Daffy for some reason) but Multiverse (which has added Marvin) and Bugs Bunny Builders (which doesn't have Marvin but brings back some classic underutilized characters) suggest that there is still hope for the future, even after that dumpster fire that was A New Legacy.

This to me proves that traditional frame-by-frame isn’t dead… in fact with modern tech, it can still be timeless. Daffy’s movement has to be some of the most fluid animation I’ve seen in a hot minute

Even if Marvin may not be the antagonist in this movie, it would be awesome to see some of the other Looney Tunes make some appearances. Even if they would go for some cameo roles like in Tweety's High Flying Adventure.

This movie would have been perfect for Marvin. I can imagine his excuse for blowing up the Earth this way being that either he or one of the instant martians misplaced his Q-36 space modulator

Yh I agree. I’m a bit disappointed at the concept art because I was hoping Marvin would be the main villain in this and have a major role in it. But it looks like a new character 😢

@@JCoolPlays I know it’s gutting. Unless Marvin is the mastermind behind it all and doesn’t come in until the middle end. Maybe those aliens in the concept art are robots or working for him. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the case.

Whether he's an antagonist or protagonist (or something else), I hope Marvin shows up at some point and has a decent role in the plot for this movie! It'd be shocking to have a sci-fi LT movie and not include Marvin in some of the action.

This sneak peak has basically everything I’ve been wanting from a looney tunes movie. I mean of course I’m super happy it’s still being worked on in some way but the animation quality is absolutely phenomenal. Looney tunes cartoons was great on its own but this movie seems like it’s really gonna up it’s game. I feel this is gonna be the closest we’ll ever get to the golden age shorts of the 40s and 50s, quality wise that is, and hopefully writing wise but time will tell. Regardless I’m super excited for this film to get completed and I’m hoping it finds a home to stream on soon. :D

Seeing the smooth and expressive rough animation already has me excited for this film, along with its intriguing story. I'm also glad we got our first look at the aliens, and the way one of them is using bubblegum to imprison Porky and Daffy makes me even more interested to see this movie.

The fact this is being done in the same style as those sublime new Looney Tunes shorts gives me a lot of confidence for this to be good. I grew up on the original Looney Tunes shorts, and after having recently seen a number of these newer ones, you can really tell the makers know what they're doing. Bugs is sharpwitted as ever, Daffy's back to his goofier and well, 'daffy' personality from pre-Chuck Jones, and the jokes of the Roadrunner shorts are absolutely perfect. The only problem I really have is the needlessly gross or disturbing moments, like Elmer stepping on thumbtacks or Bugs gathering human entails on a plate. I know there will probably be some moments like this in the movie, but I can look past that to enjoy it.

Amazing video of the Daffy Duck & Pocky pig movie of them going against aliens 😅, fantastic job. The only thing I don’t like about the new loony tune cartoons/movies are small details like the changing of the colour of the gloves of bugs bunny & Pocky pig wear on there hands also sylvester the cat nose making it to big as a tomato 🍅.
