Bobby Driscoll, who was a Disney child star, from such classics as "Song of the South" and "Treasure Island" was better known as the voice and rotoscoping capture of the titular star of the animated film "Peter Pan" should be on this list. Since he grew up, Disney just "tossed him out," and he couldn't get any acting roles. Sadly, he passed away penniless at the age of 31. He is buried on a pauper's grave without a marking.

@dangerousdavescott26 күн бұрын
While "Nobody Noticed" could apply to many of these actors, it implies that their passing didn't make the news at the time of their deaths. But many of these were extremely high profile particularly Heather O'Rourke and Cameron Boyce or were high profile enough stars in their day, like Corey Haim and Dustin Diamond that their deaths made big headlines for days. Plus the Different Strokes kids are poster children for the dangers to child actors growing up within the entertainment industry so Gary Coleman and Dana Plato will always live on as cautionary tales causing continual reforms within the industry. These are passings that were well known when they happened unless you lived under a rock with no access to outside media whatsoever. I'm glad these actors are being remembered and recognized, but this is another example of a list made by an ignorant younger producer who makes the assumption that "Nobody Noticed" because they didn't live through these events and didn't personally know of the deaths of these performers.

"accidental overdose" just sounds ridiculous, why does this happen so often in america? something about this system really stinks
@michaellopez682 күн бұрын
Accidental overdoses happen everywhere What usually happens is the person stops using for a while and the body’s tolerance reduces The accident comes when the person decides to use again & uses the same dose they were using before they stopped - usually a large dose They system can handle the substance as it once did and the person can go into cardiac arrest

@@michaellopez68 It's strange, in Germany, for example, this rarely happens because you are examined by a doctor and the dose is prescribed by him, plus you can only get higher doses with a doctor and then it tends to be more harmless drugs. If you search the internet, you will find that this happens mainly in America or in countries with poorer health care
@michaellopez68Күн бұрын
@@zombie821 you’re speaking about medication Where that is the case in the States that only doctors can prescribe drugs, it doesn’t mean the did it properly (see the current opioid crises in America) Most “accidental overdoses” involve drugs like heroin, etc and are usually a way for the family to not disclose which drugs were in a person’s system
