My first experience with LH was about two years ago, one very late night when the full-album of Lonesome Dreams popped up in my queue; I thought, "This is pleasant," and nodded off -- then at the end of it, woke up, realized I'd heard every note not just in my sleep that night, but in a million other times and places I'd long forgotten and will never consciously recall, and realized that what I'd heard was musical Perfection -- almost a Final Summary of every gentre LH touches. Been way-hooked ever since. The perfect soundtrack for Life Its Ownself.

I'm a ups driver, my first peak season was last year and one day they put me in a rental. bad news , packages in the back would slide around and get all mixed up, good news I had a radio. This song was new and my local station played it right when I was driving back to the station after a horrible day. You know, as this band continues on producing, it’s got me thinking more and more about specific things going on in my personal life, moving forward with things. Making something new. Especially with the current global situation slowly being resolved. It’s certainly odd how much a difference music can make, and how much it can change perspective. (For me at least) So I’d like to say, Lord Huron, you’ve been an inspiration to hopefully more than just me. It’s because of you I found a reflective interest in literature and writing. It’s because of you I have something to share with my peers. It’s because of this band that I am who I am now, I have no doubts about that.
