You can see that super well in the scoring. The jury consists of all the old people with high positions in the radio stations. Of course, they want something that Annegret and Klaus can listen to in the background while having coffee and cake on Sunday afternoons. I am from Latvia and I was fan of Lord Of The Lost for more than ten years. Was always surprised that they are underrated but it felt that they have their own very warm and kind community of fans. Their concert in Latvia was one of the best I visited even though crowd was very small and I felt sad thinking band would feel unwelcome because of that. However those people who came threated each other as family, gave their love to LOTL and they were very kind to us and shared their beautiful music and amazing energy. I am very happy to see they came that far!

as a Ukrainian who was on their show back in Kyiv i can say i'm very happy with results (YT deleted my first comment, sadly need to type again -_-). Germany has a huge dark scene and i always wondered why do they always sent bleak pop? Many people every year comes to WGT or Mera Luna to listen their dark scene instead! I also want to add i'm a bit annoyed of the title "rammstein in english' many people gave them. like cmon, Rammstein is NDH, which is not limited with them only and has many other awesome bands like Oomph, Eisbrecher Unheilig etc. Secondly LotL is not NDH, it is a mix of industrial, glam, gothic and other styles, that's why their sound is not so heavy as it could be with typical NDH. So probably for the first time i will vote for Germany, yay

We always talk about Finland & metal, but never forget that Germany has some of the biggest bands in metal history. Sodom, Kreator, Scorpions, Helloween, Blind Guardian, and of course Rammstein, amid others. Different genres of hard rock/metal, and they always slay. Metal & Germany have one of the most important relationships for the genre. I'm so happy to see Germany is sending metal for the first time. 🙏🏻♥️ Stunning live performance, LOTL!
