Well, considering what banlist rules they're using it's not going to last long. One or two sets until Baby Rulers get banned (meaning limited since they're using Traditional Format) and in three sets the Adult Rulers get limited. Plus Super Rejuvenation gets banned some time in between that (meaning it goes to 1 for the purposes of the Progression Series), so in total Gage will lose 9 cards from his current list once we reach Legacy of the Valiant. I guess we can enjoy Judgment of the Light and Shadow Spectres, but it ultimately only postpones Gage's existing problems, since he has to find a viable strategy until then if he doesn't want to get bodied again.

So, Cimo, if you continue on with Blackwings you now have access to a really spicy tech with Ice Beast Zerofyne. It's an omni-negate for all opponent's existing face-up cards on the field (so no annoying Stardust negates with any board wipes) plus it pumps itself by 300 for every face-up card on the field and you have TWO. Bora and Shura would mean getting that instantly; plus if you add some of the Harpie support from earlier sets you can give back-row hate with Hunting Ground that boosts your BW package as well AND play that Lightning Chidori you pulled last set. Also, you're geting Hysteric Party from Astral Pack 2 when you get to that. So there's a chance you can beat these Rulers, you just have to explore EVERY option.

Cimo, you got Ice beast Zerofyed and in black wings that card is useful, it can negate all face up effects of your opponent's cards(I don't know it it all card or just monsters) and also gains 300 for each card negated, it requires winged beasts but it works very well in blackwings bc they are winged beasts. That just a suggestion just in case :3 Also next set is not to gud but there is 1 card that can help Cimo and that a common Shworchild Limmit dragon and since gage has a lots of 2000 or more ATK that gonna be an easy lvl 8 for Tachyon since it not a once per turn effect :3

@@randomprotag9329 Tidal would be pretty good with Frog I imagine, as it's a big body that could make up for the Frog's relatively lacking stats. Redox would also be good for Earth decks if only thanks to its discard that sets up gy and revives a monster. Tempest and Blaster would probably only really be used in D Ruler/Dragon decks though, given how bad their attributes are. (EDIT): I also have since learned that Galaxy Tomahawk is a common in Primal Origin, which is only a few sets away, so they absolutely will have really good rank 7s for the rest of the series.
