Lord Reed makes a statement on Hurricane Beryl

This morning before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council case took place, Lord Reed the President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, made a statement to the people and countries affected by Hurricane Beryl that has devastated the Caribbean.
