I really needed a pick-me-up like this! Got the game via your link and thanks for brightening my life. We all got our struggles in life, so we all need a bit of sunshine. Your channel comes under that heading for me. Here's an attempt to pay a little back: how to make your own bread ingredients: 250 g sourdough starter ... no, don't panic, that stuff is really easy to make yourself; worst case, buy a bit of dried starter online and take it from there (or if you have a good bakery nearby, buy some starter from them) 125 ml room temp water 8 g sugar 250 flour (wheat, hole wheat, rye, any grain flour with gluten will work) 8 g salt 1. Make sure your sourdough starter is room temp, bubbly and active 2. Add water; start with about 100 ml at first, you can always add more later 3. Add sugar 4. Mix (stand mixer, by hand, doesn't matter) 5. Add flour and salt 6. Knead for at least 20 min; the dough will remain sticky, but it should not be runny; add small amounts (tbsp full) of water or flour to adjust ... I don't do this by hand anymore. I use a bread maker, but you can do the kneading manually; I'd advise against trying to use a hand mixer, the dough is probably too dense and will destroy your hand mixer after a while. 7. Put dough into a form. A small pot would do, or a small pitcher. I can imagine you could build your own bread form out of strong aluminum foil. If you have something non-stick and oven-safe, that will do as well. If not, line the container with a clean kitchen towel and very liberally dust with flour (as in, you want a visible layer of flour). Do not attempt to just let the dough sit in a large form, it will spread out. 8. Cover with a bit of plastic wrap, greased with oil (so the dough won't stick when it rises). 9. Let your dough rise at room temp. This might be just a couple of hours, it might take all night. You'll know it's good to go when the dough is at least 30% larger than before. In my experience, whole grain flour doesn't rise as much as white flour, rye even less. Obviously, your room temp plays a huge role, as does the humidity, how active your sourdough starter was etc. I tend to start the process when I get up, then check every once in a while and definitely have it baked by the time I go to bed again. But you'll figure out what works for your life, maybe you want fresh bread first thing when you get up? There is a definite limit to how long you can let the dough rest, though, If you have it sitting waaaaaaayyy too long, it might collapse and you'd end up with a brick not a bread. I have done that, I did not enjoy it. Too long in my case was well beyond 10 hours. If you don't wait for any leavening (rising), same thing: brick production. If you catch the process when it's just about to run out, you'll get a little bit of rise in the oven. Those tend to be the best IMO. 10. Preheat your oven to about 450 Fahrenheit. Mine works best for this at 450, yours might be lower ... you'll figure it out. If you're afraid to burn things, start with 425 and adjust baking time. 11. Remove dough from form (unless it's a non-stick one). Best way to do this is to line a baking sheet with baking parchment and upend your container (gently). It is perfectly normal for your dough to have a "skin", i.e. a bit dry outer layer, covered in flour. Take your sharpest kitchen knife and slice the top of the dough. This is so moisture from inside the baking bread can escape. If you have a non-stick form, just leave the dough in the form and put the whole thing into your oven. No cutting of the top required, either (since it's going to be moist anyways). 12. Bake for about 35 minutes. Fully baked bread rings slightly hollow when you know on the bottom. Adjust temperature and baking time as necessary, the loaf should not burn, but it should brown. 13. Once you think it's done, remove from oven, put on rack to let it cool down (and if you used a non-stick form, now is the time to remove it from the form). 14. As a rule, lukewarm bread is about the best you can get. Slather with your topping of preference and enjoy. Eat bread within a couple of days, keep in a bag (as soon as it's completely cooled off). I keep it in the fridge, which isn't ideal, but I don't have a bread box. If you feel all of the instructions are intimidating, don't worry. None of the ingredients are expensive. At worst, you just wasted a dollar ... it's not the end of the world. Getting it right isn't all that hard, even when you have no experience. There are more great KZbin tutorials on this whole topic than you could ever watch, you will soon get the hang of things. And if you find out this is something you enjoy doing, there are all kinds of things you can get to make the process extremely easy. I keep my sourdough starter in the fridge, feed it once a week (when I make bread). I use a bread maker and a wicker form to make two small loaves in one go. All I really have to do is add the ingredients and press some buttons/turn on the oven. It takes maybe less than half an hour (all included). If any bread happens to become stale before we can eat it, it's great for making your own breadcrumbs, meatloaf etc. So, please, just give it a go. It's cheap, healthy and super yummy.

I hope there's an "love" room (followers turn into little 'censored' bars when inside), a ostentatious-looking treasury, and an armory for when the SOBs show up and your dedicated followers go out in a blaze of glory (while you escape to the helipad). A game like this should really lean into the woo-woo craziness, but allow the player to be as evil or as benevolent as they can, before their followers turn on them, the IRS yanks their tax-exemption, there's an internal schism with the strongest cultists, or the feds roll in and screw everything up.

I wish he could get better algorithm access like the other channels I watch which seem to catch more attention. Maybe not everyone wants to see games made by one developer crews or whatever but this channel IS still unique in its' variety of content. My biggest complaint is the lack of series on single titles anymore. It's too much variety not enough series.
