@@dandaadnad529 nope, not Cesar. He's skinny, partially bald with dark hair and glasses. He is in many episodes. When Kirk is unable to decide between pancakes and a bagel, he hands kirk the correct bagel. I think he is never acknowledged in the entire series. He's one of the first people we see at the bon voyage party.
