So I also assume that the witness wasn't being entirely truthful when being questioned by the defendant but I've multiple times gone home and brought home people(both men and women) from the bar and not only not had sex but had no intentions of doing so. There are definitely situations where it's not odd at all to just continue the conversation elsewhere after closing time. Some people have different expectations but the real truth can be divulged from the conversation they had. If they at no point really talked about anything sexual then I think it's fair if he didn't have any expectations of sex..but if they were talking about that and also using drugs then I find the testimony untruthful. Regardless he shouldn't be ashamed. Rape is rape regardless of if you're gay or not or had intentions on consensual sex or not. Being tied up and physically assaulted without permission is a crime period.

I'm not aware of the entirety of this case, but I did watch one other video of this case (that contained Lorenzo's sentencing) just before this, and given the fairly detailed descriptions as well as this guy's testimony, I would say this guy is lying about this particular situation/encounter! A college age guy who drives out of town a cpl hours away, to go to a BAR, ALONE, at MIDNIGHT, to "celebrate that he was going to go back to college" by HIMSELF, wouldn't just spend over 2 1/2 HOURS talking to another guy who was a stranger, who also "happened to be alone", that he "just met" there that night, and then decide at closing time to follow this MAN that he JUST MET back to HIS house, to "drink WINE", if he didn't have homosexual tendency. ESPECIALLY if he says the wine was "salty", and STILL drank THREE GLASSES in what he says was around 20 min ,(mind you, he ALSO said he "only drank like 2-3 beers" in the 2 1/2 HOURS he was at the bar! Yet drank THREE glasses of "salty" WINE in 20 MINUTES!?! 🤔 ) ANYWAYS... THEN, goes and gets sick and ends up "laying down" in his "new guy friends" BED? Who then was "serving him" "salty Gatorade by the CAPFUL", when he kept "asking for water". If he was capable and able to go to the bathroom to get sick again after that, why didn't he get up and go get a drink from the sink if he needed water that bad? Why would he even allow Mr Lorenzo to "hand feed" him sips of ANYTHING if what said was true!?! And then, he "heard a zip tie" and then "felt pressure around his neck" and when he couldn't get his fingers within the tie he chose to grab Mr Lorenzo's penis and scrotum and SQUEEZE "as hard as he could"!?! And when he "woke up" he had "pressure in his scrotum/anal area" and had a "big butt plug" in his anus and Mr. Lorenzo "said something about having rough sex", AND never tried to stop this guy from getting dressed and driving away at will!?!
