Very helpful. I’ve been in remission for almost five years and some life events are not being helpful at the moment (don’t want to trigger anyone). I need to get through these events without ending up in the bed. No choice but to participate (one is my daughter’s wedding). Would love content on how to get through a period when you have no choice but to push through. Thank you so much!
