I have always loved train rides. When I was a boy, this was almost the only way you could go somewhere. I found the train relaxing. You say that part of a city that you can no see from the air. The last time I was no a train was about four years ago when I rode to see my grand sin graduate from high school. There was s something peaceful as you look at trees, small town America and other scenery you don’t from the air. We should return to this in some areas. This could be the return of a peaceful, gentler America.

* Passing through the section for people with disabilities - sweet! * A section for photographers - hey, that's cool! * A play area for kids, somewhere for bikers and various off road vehicles - crikey! * And in this car we have a small full sized olympic swimming pool, hot tub, disco, and a mini golf course. Fully populated the train holds 11 people, 14 dogs, 3 cats, and a pet snake, including the driver, but it's a tight squeeze. Where I come from, you're lucky to get standing room. Your train is awesome!!!

Thank you for sharing this excellent alternative view of that journey. With the contrasting direction and seasonal variation from previously watched winter episodes. This opposite direction, combined with the clarity of the varied mountainous scenery, gave a new perspective. For instance, emerging onto the Landwasser Viaduct, after the stop at Filisur, was unnerving. Combined with the later Lightning and wet weather, it emphasised the majesty, mystery and magnificence of the region. The green slopes and precipitous descents also highlighted the vision, skill and audacity of the pioneer workers and engineers, who created such a wonderful route, now in the hands of their modern counterparts, who maintain, modernise and enhance this stunning legacy.

Another nice ride on the RhB. Thanks for the tour of the train. When we rode the opposite direction in the Summer of 2019, we were on an older train (which was OK since the windows opened for taking pictures). So I hadn't seen the inside of the newer trains.

Encore une superbe vidéo. J'ai fait cette route ce samedi 3 octobre en étant dans le compartiment juste derrière le mécanicien dans la voiture-pilote (merci à lui d'avoir laissé les stores ouverts).
