The song might only sound like it's ending abruptly because it's likely going directly into Part 2. Then again, it's a nice artistic representation of the suddenness of death. As heavy and brutal as this band often is, there were several moments in this song that were just plain beautiful. I'm amazed at how they can combine all the elements so well. "Beauty" shouldn't work in a really heavy genre like this, but it does, and it works so very well. It's also great to hear how they occasionally change up their iconic sound, and Will continues to amaze with bringing vocal sounds that I've never heard before. He's truly one of the most versatile vocalists out there, period. Will also has a great voice for clean vocals, and I can't help but wonder if we might hear just even a little bit of singing from him in a future Lorna Shore track.

the hell why is this so got damn emotional, those classic hardcore screams done in will's insane screams..... it's just wow. now the that scream isn't just brutal, he's hitting us straight in the heart.

i think their songs should be definitely mixed with something more, like a clean part with a male/female vocalist, or more complex melody, ecc. - it would be awesome imo. I like that it ends abruptly, i think it adds more contrast and kinda intrigues in a certain way

He did that whole thing with "The Charismatic Voice" and tons of people think she should do a compilation with them. Since she's an opera singer and they've got all the symphonics in their songs. It'd be amazing to see them figure out how to do that. Metal has started bringing in outside the genre people recently and it's worked well in my opinion. Jason Richardson's song with that cellist was awesome.

Will does cleans... I would hope that if they put cleans in they are his because they are beautiful

I’m thinking the abrupt stop is like when life suddenly ends. It just ceases.

Just so long as they don't go with the usual cheesy opera singing shit like a lot of symphonic metal bands use.

They did such a good job transitioning from the calming music at the beginning to where Will’s vocals come in. I was expecting it to be really jarring, but it’s pretty damn smooth

It’s fucking great. Every time they put one out that strays away a little bit from expectation, I’m thrilled. They don’t miss.

it ends abruptly because it's meant to be listened to as a single piece. part ii is the next part of the track

Its to symbolize the sudden end death brings. Youre severely overthinking it

What an absolute fucking tease!!!! I can’t remember the last time I was this excited for new music from a band. There’s so much I could ramble on about but omg I’m just blown away. So fucking good. I want more!!!!!

I genuinely cannot believe this song. I listened to it on a really rough night in my life. I went for a walk to clear my head when it started to storm, I was so captivated by the song that I just kept walking in the rain. I felt so connected to it, the way there was rain in the intro, it felt like it had left the song and caught up with me as the listener. Right as the guitar solo kicked in there was a huge flash of lightning overhead that lit up the everything around me for a moment. It was such a stunning experience, I definitely cried in multiple places of the song. Just an unreal feeling that this song gave me.

The intro is nostalgic!! Is amazing!!! The intro reminds me of those soundtracks from the 80s, just perfect!!! The melody, the lyrics, the clip... just one word, once again, perfect!! I coomented it there too.

great video and review - sick track, I probably would not have listened to the whole track if it wasn’t on your channel. Also, that VPN ad, I didn’t know a lot about how changing your IP can be a benefit. Thanks for that too.
