What? A fucking bearded roadie who's actually ok with bawlling his eyes off, no downplay, no hiding behind jokes, just standing tall like a cliff receiving the waves of raw emotion. Subbed.

I lost my wife to cancer six years ago and this song and video are a exactly what I was feeling back then and listening today takes me back to that time so much. If this song had existed then I would have listened to it over and over again in endless repeat. Honestly I was on the fence about buying the album but this song alone is a reason to get it. And I totally agree that suppressing your emotions is bullshit and that is something I completely dropped in my grief. I don't know where I would be be now if I hadn't done that. Adam, here is one guy who has been in the same place and I hear you so very much.

I will be utterly shocked if I listen to this album on its release date and don't immediately put it at #1 for my list of top albums is 2022. Their singles have already shown they aren't straying too far from the sound and the songwriting that got them where they are, but songs like this show that they're still expanding and revolving. There's just no way it turns out to be a disappointment

It's been said that the abrupt ending, while it does cut because it leads to the next song, was also mean to portray the abruptness of death. It just ends without warning and there is nothing we can do about it.

I work as a respiratory therapist and I have seen many people die. I am the one pulling out the breathing tube and turning the ventilator off. I have seen these exact faces and reactions from family members. I have sat with them and comforted them while they grieve. The other two videos in this series are emotionally rough, but this one hits worse because I see this constantly with my job. Truly a masterpiece.

I think that one gets us all. It's already insanely emotional and if you're not getting misty at that point, you're about to. And if you already were, that's where you just bust out, lol. It's just every emotion you can have rolled up in one. On one hand, you think, now way Lorna Shore can possibly top this, but then know in the back of your head, they will and you can't wait to see it. Bring on Pain Remains II.

I don’t think enough people know this trilogy is out here and miss out because of the deathcore of the music. Emotional deathcore. Brutality painted with deep emotion. This is song is pure art, and hit really fuckin hard, from within. The intro, the catching vibes, the smashing drums with rhythm line, the touching guitar solo, the lyrics and Will painful screams is brutally emotional, and for me it’s impossible hold back the tears. And the abrupt cut end is the last drop of perfection. And of course great video production, with a very good actors. Thx guy for this masterpiece. And thx Tank for the great real review, you’re one of the very few reactors, if not the only one that I really appreciate.

You cannot imagine how much I appreciate your open mind to expressing feelings, emotions and stuff. I first heard the track while driving and was so close to pull my car over to the side, 'cause as soon, as the solo started, I just teared up. I am lucky that until now, I haven't lost someone so close to me, but I am a husband to a brlliant woman and a father of (for me) the prettiest boys in the world. And just the imagination of losing one of them, brought all this emotions up. So, enough words, thank you again! And much love to everyone out there. \m/

I completely understand and respect the choice to not breakdown the gear in this video. This video should be given full attention and crying isn't weak or a bad thing for guys, it's expression of ourselves, what we feel, and how we feel with different things in our lives. MAD props to you for not wiping those tears man, and for showing them off. I really enjoy your content a lot and I've learned a lot of gear from your videos as well. So, here's an attempt at this video lol. For anyone curious, everyone is using the same gear as normal (excluding rain performance) DISCLAIMER: Some information may be incorrect, this is not fact just what I think the gear is and what I remember them using from prior videos. I only wanted to do this for my own want and fun. Please do not think I'm trying to insult Tank by doing this, this was just for fun and to learn more, so please treat this comment that same way. I did heard it on Deezer without watching the music video and god damn it was deeply emotional. I think I would have had tears waterfalls if I would have watched it first with the video. I mean the end "I finally see, a world without you wasn't me for me. Where do you go, when I close my eyes ? What do you see, looking back at me ?" For f*ck's sake when I hear people talking about metal that it is just screaming and heaviness I am gonna put them in front of this Lorna Shore masterpiece and we'll see if it is not freaking emotional to them. Seriously, it is good to see you being moved to it as well. The end literally broke my heart in pieces, and I'm a dude. Just thinking about my mum and her tumor without knowing how much time she has left is f*cking heartbreaking when the end of this songs pops out. Great job Tank, hopefully one day you'll visit Europe and I'll be glad to show you France or Poland !

I lost my dad last year. June 24th, at 10:59pm. I don't think I'll ever forget that date and time. He slipped into a coma three weeks before an never came out of it. I watched on helplessly as I just had to wait and hope, knowing in the back of my head that this was it. There's so much I wish I could have done, should have one, and would have done. With him and for him. I regret so much, and I can't make it up to him anymore. He never got to see me become what I wanted. He never got to see either of his sons achieve a fulfilling life because my half brother died of a heart attack in prison the year before. I still haven't accepted any of this and I don't know if I ever will. This song brings back so many flashbacks and turns me into a snivelling baby every time.

The first time I've heard the song was actually on spotify without watching the video and just like you said it was still emotional because you can literally feel the emotions in the music but just different. When I actually whatched the video later it was so much more emotional and it made me cry. Also I just have to say I love the way you talk about feelings and emotions and I completely agree with you, this was such a great reaction 🖤.

I cry my ass off every time I listen to this trilogy so thanks for not only saying its ok to be emotional but also showing your own emotion during it. Thank you.

I’m late getting to it, but I’ve been waiting for your reaction. When I watched this, I knew you would enjoy it. For me, I would still be crying like a baby without the video, but the video does hit more.

I had the same exact reaction... never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd have a reaction like this to a death core song.

When I first saw the reaction when it came out, I thought 'It's just noise and screams, how can you get emotional at all?'. Now, 3 weeks later (and after listening to this a lot, and I mean a lot) I'm sitting here 'YES, YES, I understand, I feel you, what a masterpiece'. How things can change :D

This track by Lorna Shore is one of the best they have released, so far. I bought tickets to their show in Baltimore on day one, because I knew it would sell out. Low and behold, that show is sold out now. I can't wait to see Lorna Shore, Aborted, and Angelmaker!! Thanks for showing this video, Tank!

Glad to see another person have tears run down their face (like I did).... I watched this 3 times in a row just to try and take it all in This made me think of my Dad (he passed just over 1 year ago) The ending lines in this song were just beautiful and brutal Can't thank Lorna Shore and ALL enough who were involved in this Masterpiece of a song (truly)

"You took me by suprise and then you disappeared in the blink of an eye" That hit me too hard in the feels followed by that guitar riff which just made the message and what the person is feeling; more conveyed and in depth/tune. Lorna Shore is amazing man❤️‍🔥🔥👏🏽👏🏽.
