I would say dont go back to your normal life before you are ready and make it gradual to avoid boom and bust. But do not loose hope because you may have a shorter case and feel better soon. At first I couldn't smell and I had coughing that was it for like a week. Then I had a panic attack and fever for like two weeks for my forth week I was feeling good and I went back to work and so I started feeling tired to where I can't really get enough rest I still can do some stuff but I always feel tired. I also have tachycardia every once in a while but the doctor said my heart is okay.

So Lorrie had COVID for three days….is this considered long COVID? Or did she still have symptoms after the three days and use her program to begin the healing process. Not sure that was clear in the interview.

I’d love to hear some theories on why so many people don’t ever recover? Even those people who try absolutely everything? Do you think the statistics are accurate?
@RaelanAgle3 жыл бұрын
Personally I don't think the statistics are accurate, I think many more people recover. Dan Neuffer spoke about this in his interview and I thought had some good insights on this. I'll link the video here in case you're interested kzbin.info/www/bejne/rXvPc52CgZyrfa8

How does Lorrie know -for sure- she has long covid if her covid test was negative? did she get a positive antibody test (if the mentioned that, i missed it). Also, did her partner test positive for covid? that seems to be missing in this video (unless i missed it). I got sick in mid- sept, my covid test was negative (but it was 10 days in, and i was already getting better), - as far as i know, i was not around anyone who had it at that time- my dr says i had a bad sinus infection 'or some other virus', after i got over that, i tried to go back to work, which was stressfull, took a few days to recover from that stress, then my depression reared it's ugly head, `then in Dec i started having symptoms of POTS/ Dysautonomia (still seeking dx of both pots/ CFS)... i had actaully had some 'minor' symptoms of POTS (but didn't know what it might be, never having heard of POTS) and CFS for a long time, (I have not been able to work since. i have hoping i will be able to manage a part time job) so I kind of wonder if my illness in Sept was just 'the straw that broke the Camel's Back' CFS/ Dysautonomia wise, or if my negative Covid test was wrong and i have long covid. (i had my vaccine a couple months ago, so cna't do the antibody test now, so i'll never know).Yes, the treament/ prognosis is the same, but If i knew i had long covid, i could get on testing trials that are going on here locally for longhaulers thru the Bateman Horne Center here in UTah.

I'm at one year and at about 90%-95% better. I did Dan Neuffer's program. Super cheap and he is the real deal. Long-Covid is the same as CFS. Recovery is possible, but we have to do the work ourselves. Check out Dan Neuffer's stuff. I dont work for him or get paid by him in any way. Recovery time is different for everyone. You could go faster than me :) You will get better :)
