Everyone is (rightly) concerned about Clarkson's impact with the wall, but Hammond's was also rather rough, and also had the potential to be pretty severe. His neck and head also move a lot as seen from the cab footage (0:28), and this happens not just once, but twice in quick succession, with there being two walls to the movable office which the truck has to blast through

I was deeply concerned for Clarkson watching this, that was way too brutal for entertainment
