Simple - The Best of the Best was the 1st 5 minutes of the 1st episode. Have the trio back, doing what WE LOVE them doing, after ‘leaving the old show’ and knowing they had a new home that loves them as much as I do was a great time in my entertainment viewing life. Seeing their faces and hearing their intros on the stage made me smile then. Now, looking back on it, I now smile and shake my head in laughter.

Top Gear being scripted or not is just to show how good it is, because if it is scripted, then the writers and actors are really good to the point of people not knowing it is scripted. The reason why top gear and the grand tour are so popular is because of these 3 and the style they go for. It’s extremely british, and really feels like something everyone can enjoy. It’s why the early 2000’s uk shows were so iconic and popular, they really captured the nature of the UK and culture, now the issue is that has gone from the shows, and the new top gear, becoming so bland, americanised and just not what you think of as a great memorable show.But these 3 gave it that, and that’s why top gear will forever be defined as these 3 lads show era, not the older or new ones.

I'd like to see a compilation of moments where each of them, or all together, lose it while laughing their asses off. Like when James got stuck with his aquarium car and Jeremy collapsing while laughing, just like that moment in this video where Richard manages to sink the boat and Jeremy being floored laughing. James' laugh is hilarious, also love it when Jeremy loses it, but now i think of it, i can't remember Richard laughing like that. This is the first time I've ever watched anything from the Grand Tour because I don't subscribe to any pay to view stuff. I will get around to watching more of these on here though. These three were the best when they were they did Top Gear, which I did watch, I especially loved the specials. They seem to have more of a free rein on this than they did with the BBCs increasingly PC censoring bollocks and restrictions on what they could say which completely ruined the show. I'm sure if this were on one of our other main channels it would get huge audiences. Maybe one day they'll allow them to show re-runs.
