@ Having the best record in the regular season doesn't necessarily give you the best chances to win a Superbowl it creates a bye week and to play a a team that doesn't have a better record that's it. We learned this the hard way in 2006/07, I can see your point. But also you have no idea the pain vet Chargers fans felt that year thinking the same thing.
