@@muhammadrehman2360 nahi lagti bs start k 3-4 days problem hoti hai us k bad normal ho jata hai... meri routine phle b 16:8 wali thi mein nashta nahi karta tha office aa ker lunch he karta tha mein ne bs apne breakfast lunch or dinner ko kam ker diya hai is diet plan k mutabiq ker liya

My goal is to reduce 40 kg in 6Months. But I will start looking good with 20kg off. I will walk 10,000 steps 4 days a week. Thrice weight training in gym and follow diet plan with no sure or 01 teaspoon sweet in Tea for a day.

Lost 10KGs with intermittent fasting in 18 days. Two meals a day. 12/1pm first meal. 7/8pm second meal.

Just avoid carbs. Have desi ghee in your diet. Proper meals including chicken wraps, shami kebab or omelette. With iced water.

Today diet was Breakfast 2 Multigrain bread slice with Boiled Ghayya at 8:00 ajwain tea at 11:00 01 plate salad small at 2:00pm 02 slice multigrain with boiled ghyya at 8:30pm 03 almonds at 11:00pm and I am super hungry

Intermitten fasting sy Mera 4 sy 5 kg weight loose huwa hai ...only window k according khati Hoon but khati peeti sbkuch rhi...mein 11 bjy suba breakfast krti Hoon aur 7 bjy tk dinner finish kr lyti Hoon...no Neem garam water nothing else but weight loose ho rha hai mzeed

@@Justthisway20 breakfast mein sometime 1 roti ya paratha with half fried egg and ghar ka bna huwa salan....lunch mein ek din roti aur ek din rice with any salan..rat mein bhi ek din roti ek din rice with any salan...main chicken boht shok sy khati hoon..aur tea km peeti hoon...just dinner time py krti rhi 7 bjy sy pehly tau iss liye weight loose huwa...baki ab 2 months jam k dieting krni hai Eid pr acha lgny k liye...intermitten fasting meri tau khud ee ho gyi kiyo k winters mein late uthti Rahi tau breakfast 10 ya 11 bjy krti rhi issi trha rat ka Khana time sy liya aur burger pizzas nhi khaye

Let’s see kya banta hai.. agay ramzan b hai.. I will do this IF till ramadan starts or baki to khudi fast ho jaeingy.. phir agar farak aya to continue rakhongi ramzan k bad.. thanks for ur comment…!👍🏻☺️
