Good One Natasha! It’s 1030pm here in Sydney Australia so I will definitely be out in the back Garden in the golden sun doing my first set tomorrow morning. this is very easy exercise but i try to avoid belle exercises on my weightloss journey to 60kg. Because i have DR, i try to be very careful with the kind of exercise i do. This is definitely easy enough. Thanks for sharing

standing exercise is good. will this applicable for upper n mid belly. is it possible if we do this exercise we loose belly fat i donot want to lose weight only bellyfat. in this exercises you have not explained breathing system. anyway i will try. thank you mam
