Started 2 chest workouts yesterday. Just started doing this one along with the other 2. I'm kinda skeptical because I've had a large chest for a long time. I'm hoping these workouts will help. I've been fed up with my big chest, now it's like I want it gone already.

Flax seeds are loaded with Omega 3fatty acids and it has more fibre ...sir I hope that use can use Fenugreek . Best solution . seriously ..I tried it for my stomach ulcer it helped me a lot ..Soak one tsp of Fenugreek in water at night and early morning drink that water if your stomach ..is burning . Please accept the bitter taste in this water but I tell you ..It works amazing... For best results try swallowing the soaked seeds too..think you are taking a tablet
