accha hua comments padh liya I don't even eat eggs. Guys if you can afford purchase whey protein isolate because it has zero carbs and fats. You don't have to go for expensive proteins like ON, you can get results from asitis isolate or abzorb nutrition isolate. I'm in my 3rd week of cutting and have lost around 2.5 kg weight, some of it is water weight though. What I eat soya chunks, chickpea, sprouts, rajma, 1 slice brown bread, peanut butter, low fat milk, whey protein isolate, paneer 150 gm daily(try to get low fat paneer), oats, 1 banana max, salads, etc You need to reduce rotis because it has a lot of carbs. Eat it only on Thursdays and Sundays taaki carb cycle ho paye.

Guys I do gym regularly. Its been 1.5 year. I am veg and my diet has protein and carbs too bcoz probelm is veg diet has protein and carbs ration 1:3. But I do intense workout and do supersets. I burn a lot of carbs now my body is perfect I am gaining muscle and flat belly.

Bhaiyo ,m daily milk bhi pita hu lagbhag 2 kg, ghee bhi khata hu per m 2.30-3 ghante gym karta hu ,meri body kafi aachi khasi transform hone lag rhi hai .maine diet plan k alava jeet sir or guruman sir ki har cheej follow ki hai jo ki bohat labhdayak shabit hui

I thought this video was all about vegetarian food 😂😂. Egg is not vegetarian 😂😂so forget about chicken and fish. Anyways I just want to spread awareness for all the people who are pure vegetarian. There is a documentary film on vegan athletes "The game changers", this can change your perspective towards protein and carbs. notes for गरीब vegetarian ppl like me who want to be fit (10-15%body fat) :- under is a list of protein foods/lean foods. आप सब होशियार हैं...इन चीज़ों को छोंक लगा कर ना खाएं.. बल्कि सिर्फ उबाल क्र पका लें और स्वाद अनुसार अदरक,नमक मिर्च मसाले,प्याज आदि काटकर खाएं.. food cycling करते रहें.. aur weight machine से दूर रहें.. वो आपको विचलित..बहुत विचलित कर सकती है । ये सिर्फ उन लोगों के लिए है जो टाइम bound नही हैं.. मतलब जिनको बॉडीबिल्डर या मॉडल नही बनना है..फैट और वेट लूज़ करना है..मैंने 20 किलो कम किया है...और 10 किलो कम करने के लिए लगा हुआ हूँ... lentils (मसूर की दाल) काले चने राजमा छोले पनीर सोया पनीर सोया चंक्स दूध nuts peanut butter मटर की दाल (सूखी मटर) सकर कंदी ( sweet potato) पालक and प्रोटीन पाउडर

This is a very good video and there is a scope to make it even better if you do some more research on Vegan bodybuilders and powerlifters around the world. Best 1 month protine diet for vegitarians 1.three time in week use lentils 2.use soyachunks for 2 week.... 3.use homemade protine powder for 2 week....exchange the soyachunks and protine powder every 2 weeks... 4.use daily 1 glass of milk.... 5.2 days of panner per week... 👍 No supplements,no eggs

I can hit Gym an hour daily and can take whey isolate protein and I am vegetarian, age 35. Thats all I can do rest of my diet depends on what my family eats daily like milk daal chapati wilth oil and ghee and all like normal vegetarian family. In short i can only able to fulfil my protein intake for work out because i am IT professional and i just want to be fit with ripped body and want to be look different from other. Please guid where do i reach if I follow this procedure. I started gym 20 days ago. I do cardio for 20 min and burn 200 calories and after that I don’t even have strength to do any work out and feel so tired. I have not started taking protein yet that why I planned to take whey isolate protein from now onwards and that the minimum i can do for my physic out of my busy schedule and i can afford it also. Also i am not very foodie no junk food i eat only simple daal roti and tea. And my weight is 80 kg and height 5’10. Please guid am I on the right path. Thank you very much. I’ll really appreciate if you answer my query

Bhai aap great ho yr fan ho gya aapka mai to mai aaj hi gym mai batt kr rha tha ki veg mai cutting kaise kre .. aapne clear kr diya bhai mai 4 day non veg hota hu tb to Shi protien carb mil jata hai but agr mai 200 gm protien or 200 gm carbs lu to shi rhega week mai 3 day or 4 day 200 gm protien or 110-120 gm carb???

Jeet Sir my upper body is too good n beautiful but have a high amount of fat on my lower ABS or mene kafi koshish kr li upper ABS se to fat hat gya h lekin lower ABS se fat nhi ja rha h is vjh se m apna size bhi nhi badha pa rha hu. Please aap ye baiye naa k m kitna cardio kru befor or after exercise kru or ABS k liye kon kon si kitni exercise kru ya or Diet control or kya kya kru k mera Lower ABS ka fat khatm ho jaye. I find it really hard to go on a 1.5 g/lb of bw of protien a day while cutting it causes all kinds of digestive problems even when my cals & bf is not too low will eating 1g/lb of bw suffice or u will loose some muscle if u do that cause research shows that lean athletes in a hypocaloric state can consume 1-1.5 g/lb of bw but is 1.5 g/lb really better than 1g/lb or is it just for appetite reasons

I have one more question like i do eat eggs only for my protein & also whey protein but i only take whey protein as a supplement so the question all other supplements like creatine, bcaa, glutamin, Pre workout, Test booster neccessary . As one scoop of whey protein also contains glutamine etc. So if i workout hard & take eggs & whey protein is this more then enough or should we add other supplements.

Depends what level of bodybuilding you are at, I can understand by your question that you are a beginner SO, yes you can manage with minimum supplements as of now.
