Dear Rosalie, I bought my total gym at the begiinning of the plandemic, as an RN BSN who has always worked out, ate healthy. when the gym said mask up, I quit. I got a total gym optima on Ebay new and boy what a workout. I am old retired Army paratrooper and have much arthritis problems but this is easy on joints and I can go at my own pace. Thanks Chuck Norris and total gym.

Greg Pettis Yes, I am & loving it. I’m taking a break this week from Lower Body due to straining or pulling a quad muscle. (Not on the TG) Getting the upper in good right now. Great machine!

This is just what I needed, something to follow on days where I think I can't fit a workout in. I have been doing the 20 min introductory workout for the past 43 days straight and a few times, I had to sneak it in right before going to bed.

I still have a "Total Trainer" I've toted around the country with me for years. This workout is just perfect only using a couple basic accessories . Thanks so much for the drills. It seems a lot more than 12 minutes! :-)

Some direction on what to set up in advance and the level-height would be good .Great transitioning. Your level and speed was over the top for me; but did adjust. Think I'll MAKE THE TIME instead of this rush workout. THX

I was a bodybuilder and a therapist for almost three decades. I actually got my rear handed to me by Chuck Norris himself on one of these when I worked on him. He almost killed me, and I was in really good shape. Now, I have arthritis from intense training and my job. This is exactly what I need. BTW...I was 29 years old and Chuck was 63. He was laughing at me. Thanks for the workout!

Seems like very good fitness routine. I was into body building in my early 20s . Since then I've haven't done anything for 20 years . I was only into building so I find your methods very informative. I'm an older now and see my fitness level going down and am quite fat . I also think my wife would enjoy this as it is easy to understand and a very complete and quick workout that should show results quickly. Then with some success it could be built on . Thank you for the information ,very helpful and inspiring.

Can someone tell me how many calories this specific routine should burn? I am 5’6 and 189. BTW, I got my total gym one week ago today. I have used it twice a day every day since having it and I am down 3 pants and at least a couple of inches. I would like to add this exercise into my Lose It app though so knowing about how many calories I am burning is helpful.

She's actually using an XL model, which came out in 2003 I believe and was around for a few years until the first XLS model. You can tell the first versions of the XL because of the chrome glide board rail covers that you see on the sides. From then on, it was black (the second half of the XL's life) and then flat grey on the new FIT models. Rosalie's been with them so long she probably has at least one version of every television model they've put out. Hope this helps.
