Wow, I've had my Total Gym since 1998. I ordered it a few months after being struck by a pickup truck as a pedestrian. My right ankle was fractured--have pins in it; my right leg was broken-- several pins in it; my right knee was fractured--metal plate around it; my right pelvis, hip, and shoulder blade all were fractured. I still feel Blessed. I haven't used my Total Gym since I recovered from 2 strokes in 2015. Rosalie, you've sparked a new interest! I've never been a consistent user because the bench gets stuck, so it doesn't glide smoothly. I should have returned it, but I was handicapped when I received it and honestly thought it would get better as time went on. It was too bulky to try & return; plus, I was preparing for a divorce. I'm going to resume my use of it. I think exercising with you would be comparable to those using Peloton Bike with an Internet Coach. 😛 Here's to fun! CELESTE, in the ATL 🌼

I pulled mine out from under my bed today.im 67 now but I remember how much I loved it. How it toned my body . I’ve lost my book so I’m eager to watch more of your exercises

I love that this is ten minutes. I have had the TG for 20 years and have not used it much. I just started this and have done it now daily now for 3 weeks. Getting addicted since it it so short.

Oh my goodness I just have to say I loved this workout today it was my first workout with my new total gym and I absolutely loved it got a really good workout sweated a lot and stretched a lot and I feel very strong for my first one. thanks so much for being so amazing and such an inspiration. look forward to doing all your videos you are amazing and awesome thanks for being so helpful to all of us newbie total gym people loving it!

Your excellent fit body is a testament to the Total gym, I recently got a new one after wearing my old one out! I had it for twenty years! It still works just the cable broke but the new one is amazing. Has been incredible for my rehabilitation of RA!

One of the best features of The Total Gym is you don't need a spotter like traditional weights. Plus you don't have to squeeze the handles hard like dumbbells. No matter the resistance its easy on your hands.

I caught a video where you stated you had your hips replaced. Thank you for sharing that. At only 40, I have had a replacement too, and it’s great to know that I can do so much more than just walking and swimming. You are an inspiration.

Hi!! Yes I have both hips replaced- in 2007. So far so good! I keep my weights lighter for legs and low impact and I work my upper body really hard!

Test your height by trying cable bicep exercise -try 20 reps … if easy go up if hard go down - most of my clients start on level 3-6.. with 10 minute workout you could do this 4-6x week

Make a pulley guard. Take a small ziplock bag. poke small in whole center bottom , put pulley in bag . Tape or zip top around cables as needed. Let me know if this works for anyone.

The Fit is smaller machine (big enough for most - holds 450lbs and easier to handle and usually comes with more accessories- gts is commercial unit

@@RosalieBrownFit I did close it but it doesn’t lock shut so I have to get some heavy straps to hold it closed in the Moving truck it seems. That was my only idea 💡
