Eating daily fruits is not possible for a middle class man owing to high prices... Moreover fruits contain more pesticides than vegetables... Its easy to say to eat more fruits and vegetables but practically not possible for a lower middle class family....

@@PiyushMishra-br5gw pahle toh bhai mera angioplasty hua uske bad kuchh KZbin par video dekha toh mukhya cheez oil ko hatana tha yeh sabhi suggest karte the… toh khane se oil ko hata diya direct oil ho ya indirect oil Main khane mein har din fruits 🍎 toh afford nahin kar sakta toh kabhi kabhaar leta hoon Khane mein mukhya roop se roti aur chaawal hi leta hoon Hamare yahaan yahi mukhya bhojan hai…toh chaawal pahle mein jitna leta tha usse aadha lene laga…roti 6leta tha ab 3ke aaspaas leta hoon… Mujhe result jaldi chaahie tha isiliye khane mein katoti kiya Walk daily karta hoon subah 1ghante aur shaam ko aadha ghanta.. Subah thora yoga wagerah kar leta hoon… Khana subah leta hoon toh bhukh lagne par hi dopahar ka bhojan leta hoon Aise nahin ki bhukh nahin hai phir bhi khaa loo… Pahle aadat tha kuchh na kuchh khane ki bhukh laga ho ya na laga ho… Bhojan lene ka antral aisa hona chahiye ki bhukh lage phir bhojan le Aur haan bhai koi jyada chinta mat karna ….chinta/tension se wajan toh kam hoga lekin kamjori aur bar jayega Main 35 ka hoon aur yeh heart ❤️ ka bimari ke baareh mein sochkar bahut tension hua… Kaphi sara restrictions lag chuka hai surgery ke bad….Bas dhyan rakhna apne swasthya ka… Aur haan mein pure vegetarian 🌱 hoon tel ka tala hua khata tha lekin ghar par hi…. Haan mein ek samay coal area mein kaam karta tha jahaan pollution bahut jyada tha toh definitely yeh heart ke liye achha nahin tha… Sharir bhi 80 kg ke aaspaas tha toh yeh achha nahin tha Physical exercise karta tha dole Sholay banaye rakhne ke liye…sab bekar Andar se fit wahi achha hai…kya bataaoon aur….bas check up Kara loh blood ka cholesterol aur triglycerides….normal rakho aur diet aur daily ka routine achha rakho….Dr ke passs jaane ka naubat nahin aaye …🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️🌱🍎
