It often seemed as though doctors were never educated about nutrition intentionally, perhaps to keep patients dependent and ensure their practice remained profitable. However, Dr. Navdeep is setting a remarkable example within the medical community. I have been watching your videos since you appeared on Akhar Channel, and your ability to explain concepts in Punjabi so clearly ensures that even a layperson can grasp the basics. Sahi dassa ta oh count karan di lod ni hundi because tusi koi kamm na v karo jive main video vich samjhaya, fer v 1500 tak calories use ho jandia... Body kise v work te adjust ho jandi a, so Kamm karan te calories kharcha same nahi rehnda with time
