@@guri50304 its not like you can directly jump to 21 days fast all of sudden, first you have to set your body in ketosis mode. I did 24,36,72 hours and then 7 days fast before doing it. I am on high fat, moderate protein and negligible refined or simple carbs( like roti rice sugar or any other grains zero) only complex carbs of all green leafy vegetables and non starchy vegetables( like bhindi kadu petha tori bengan Shimla mirch, cauliflower, cabbage etc. jo marji khao te jini marzi khao eh)
