2 years ago a law was passed in PA that no part of the license plate could be covered. But that law was changed in 2023 that said as long as the license plate number is clear and visible, you would be in compliance with the law. If you would have gotten a ticket, it would have been thrown out on appeal. Glad you got off with a warning 😊

The cop had nothing better to do. You can still tell it's Pennsylvania, and the state is visible. It looks like she was fishing to try and get you on something else when she ran your license.

Thats so stupid... Here we just need to have the numbers/letters visible and that's all. But Something i did to my truck that i love is the state require i have a plate light so i got this super bright white LEDs and shine that on the plate. Makes it unreadable and its fully legal 😂

My brother lives in Aliquippa, PA and he has said before you have to be careful driving around Moon township, mostly looking for speeders, but yeah it is true about the license plate cover, you can have a license plate frame but it can't cover the state name. I've actually received a ticket before in New Jersey for having a license plate frame, luckily it was only a $35.00 fine.

It’s not, the video is just inverted/mirrored. Screenshot and flip the image on the vertical axis and you will see that the shirt properly says “Champion” as it should when you’re looking at someone. The car is in fact left side drive.
