Nice! The original JRX2 was the first buggy I built. The multi link rear suspension was pretty out-there for the time. And it had a carbon fiber chassis when most were fiberglass. Very cool.

Nice review. I went for the blue one and shocks are the same, I'm thinking of putting in some Tamiya soft oil or 30wt oil. It feels slow but I remember my Mini T 2.0 felt slow too before I went brushless. Its a bummer it doesn't use regular hexes for the wheels. I have a few different sets for my T wanted to try on the rear. It does look killer on the shelf and I like how different it handles from the T.

Keep me up to date on your hop ups? What brushless system are u putting in?
@Glowingtomato2 жыл бұрын
@@fogcityrc4874 I've had the Dynamite 2n1 system since it came out and have had 0 issues so I'm getting it for the JRX2. For tires I was using Proline Holeshots but I recently got some Jconcepts Scorpios and like them better, they are a bashing tire instead of a track tire. The Tbone racing front bumper for the Mini T won't fit, I'm kind of afraid to crash the JRX2 without a front bumper.

@@Glowingtomato Are you sure the hex from Mini T & B don't fit on the JRX2 Mini 2?
@Glowingtomato2 жыл бұрын
@@matthvids it might be possible if you can swap the pins that hold the hex. I couldn't get it off the rear axle, I tried and that sucker was jammed in there. I didn't want to break something so I gave up, the pins are bigger on on the JRX2. The front axles don't have holes for the pins. I don't know if they will swap with the T or B fronts.

@@Glowingtomato did you do anything with the front tires?
