You should do like some kinda war craft thing where you have a lot of friend together and have teams then have a war for a lot of days. Also it has to be hardcore so the last team standing wins. And at the start you have about 2-3 hours to get stuff for your team. There is no truce meaning you can attack at night. That just an idea you do t have to do it I was just thinking

If someone I played with did something like blowing up my place, my immediate reaction would just to leave every form of communication with people and log out of the world, not joining back in as once it goes to actual destruction, I can't handle and forgive those kinds of things. It would at least be a temporary friendship destroyer for me. No revenge, besides communication cut off for a while. It is kind of why I fear the idea of ever letting others join my personal world. Don't want someone doing anything to the stuff I worked on myself
