This game is already addicting to me and has extremely compelling story compared to prior Sonic games, especially Forces. Is it perfect? No! However, I love it flaws and all! Also, let's give Sonic Team an applause for not shipping a glitchy game unlike many AAA developers. The only "glitch" that I found is if you hold Parry/Guard while in the air Sonic will defy gravity until you let go. I am not even sure if it is a glitch.

I found out by myself you can skip all jump rope puzzles by just holding parry in the air so it's most likely not intended that you just pause in the air during parry

Just so you know Dan, for the final boss set it to hard mode to get the “true” ending. It’ll include an extra boss phase and a post credits scene I believe, cheers mate!

The Sonic game I have been anticipating, anxiously, patiently, and excitedly waiting so far... AND I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S HERE! Sonic Team and Sega and everyone else who worked on this new era of Sonic have smashed it out of the park. Truly a remarkable moment in the franchise and it's a surprising one. I'm really glad they've upped their A-game.

Make sure to turn it to hard mode before you fight the final boss of the game Dan! It has a second phase only available in hard mode and you can change it in the menus at any time

I noticed that no one is really mentioning that sonic had squash and stretch in his animations, but, it's a little detail that I appreciate because sonic was based off of old 1930's cartoon characters, and, well cartoon characters have a lot of squash and stretch in them, and it's just good to see that in Sonic who is a cartoon character. It's just the nice little details that you don't really notice, but it just adds immersiveness in my opinion. Besides, who doesn't love exaggerated movements with a cartoon character?
