I'm glad the engineers that designed fuel systems that require that much fuel to keep the pump cool, haven't designed fuel systems for the vehicles I've owned. In all my years of owning vehicles and usually waiting until the tank is well below a quarter tank to refuel, I've never had a fuel pump problem. Although gas does help cool the fuel pump, it doesn't require a quarter tank or more to do so. As long as you have enough gas flowing through the pump, it's providing proper cooling.

@@Jim-bw8jo it’s just the limits I have set. Higher in winter. I am no longer involved with stuff. But in my life needing the ability to go hard 60+ miles without delay of fueling up has been known. 17:07 Air Bags can deploy long after the battery is disconnected ... It's recommended to wait 30 minutes. This is assuming the vehicle does not have a back up battery to save radio stations etc, it could last for hours.

Crazy about the air bag, especially because it was a delayed reaction. I've seen this happen to my friend 2020 ZR2 on a flat dirt road on the passenger door. Airbags are so scary. Incredible how people get themselves in a mess when they don't need to be that poor Toyota, destroyed.

Years ago I worked at a 4x4 shop in NC and sometimes we’d pull the airbag fuse before doing an off-road recovery. We didn’t have an airbag go off. We noticed all the body lift & many suspension lift directions stated to pull the airbag fuse and to not start the vehicle for 20 mins after reconnecting the fuse and battery.

I’ve always expect Lizzy Matt Jamie exclusivities when it comes to rescuing however these guys are so wholesome and hilarious it’s like an extension of growth and excitement within the family of capable team members they leave no vehicle behind that’s Matt strongest influence and of course a given expectation from the team

Thanks for another great video. The airbag was a bit of a surprise. Sheesh. I was wondering how often your videos come in handy when a customer tries to claim your company did damage to their vehicle? Also, any chance you'll ever sell smaller kinetic ropes or just go to Yankum? I ride an adventure bike and a small portable rope might be handy.

Nice recoveries to all!! I think the poor guy with the drowned pickup is going to be looking for a different vehicle. I'm afraid the electrical in that one is toast???

Be careful with rugged most frequencies require a ham license. They are vhf/uhf and have limited range depending on trees n mountains very similar to baofeng radio which are same parts inside infact you can program them same and with same prog device 😉😉

They are a rebranded $30 Baofeng. Glad someone else mentioned this so I wouldn't be the Karen. Rugged Radios got in a lot of trouble a couple of years ago hopefully they have straightened out. I would stay far away from that snake oil.

@@twohandsandaradio they also sell GMRS radios too. Which requires a family/house hold license. Which can max out 30-50miles
