Honestly this kinda sounds like a more gritty version of path of radiance, mercenary protagonist, corrupt and violent king antagonist, that's not a bad thing though, it looks very cool

I am usually quite hesitant about trying new things that are outside of my comfort zone. However, the effort you put in this video to describe Lost Eidolons has peeked my interest especially with the traits that carry over from Fire Emblem. I currently have few things to do at the moment that require my focus but will take what you have said and look deeper into the game, to gain a better understanding before immersing myself in its content. It’s like Fire emblem but more dark, gritty, and western. Sounds like my kind of game. Love dark and gritty. Especially if the artstyle is realistic. I may check this out.

I always welcome any game similar to Fire Emblem. Having something a different "Fire Emblem" Game can help the franchise than just only just be Fire Emblem Games. Lost Eidolons seems to be interesting game. I dont have the time for it yet but i think i can have some free time ironic after Engage.

For the bleach fans out here , there is this FireEmblem like game called "Bleach The 3rd Phantom" for the NDS .Dont skip the intro song its a banger . Emulate to you hearts content.

Fire Emblem is the most well-known Strategy RPG and Pokemon is the most well-known Turn-based RPG. So why in the world is there not a game that combines elements from both games?

I don't think it's a new era of fire emblem styled strategy games. It's a darker atmosphere than fire emblem and it's on more powerful hardware (damn you Nintendo) than fire emblem but, it's not a new era. It doesn't iterate on fire emblems formula to make itself a trend setter. It just does fire emblem but not anime dating sim lol It's something for people to play while they wait for fire emblem engage to release.
