Of course, after I played fates I tried other games in the series and discovered that I hate most Fire Emblem games 😅 Fates' gameplay is the exception and its the only game in the series I go back to.

We are so back

After so long, we have a continuation, starting with Crimson Flower and eventually expanding to the other routes I assume. I love the changes to the story with Sitri being there, bringing out a kinder Edelgard even if the emperor see it as futile as such as negotiating for a peace talk. Claude is definitely going to investigate the heck to identify Thales and his role. Surprise that Edelgard has Demonic Beasts in this run given Crimson Flower canonically didn’t in order to show that due to Byleth, Edelgard is going to rely less on TWSITD (which would be fine to them seeing how the Fodlan people slaughter themselves while they watch from the sidelines) Speaking of which, surprise nobody brought up Edelgard’s allegiance to them as the Flame Emperor and face the allegations. Whether she participated in their schemes or not, she is still aligned with the guys that kill Jeralt and did horrendous things to that Remire. It paints her in a bad light, which someone like Dimitri would take advantage of, given he already blame her for the Tradegy of Duscur iirc, and Rhea to do propaganda on how horrid she is

YAY finally and its just as good as i thought it would be. So whats the Order of release for the next Routes, Crimson Flower is of course First, but in what Order will u release Azure Moon and Verdant Wing, and Silver Snow?

What the heck was that direction with Rhea lecturing Sitri?

It great to see this fanfiction get continued even today. Watching these three parts back to back was such a treat. And the idea that Seteth and Flayn will be recruitable in crimson flower is increasingly more likely due the direction in this fanfic heading. Seteth having more grievances as well adding a sense of fear in his fellow kin. Flayn having a more personal desire to see Sitri again not in the battlefield, as well with Sitri likely being able to convince the Empress Edelgard to let them join the empire due to their closes relationship will definitely be entertaining to see how it unfold in the narrative. Now thinking about it, i would definitely be interested to see how conversation between Edelgard with Seteth and Flayn be told considering it never happened in canon. But with this fanfic, it's possible to see a theoretical C, B, and A support between these characters unfold. And i bet it be interesting to witness to.

This was the path I was most looking forward to. And you did it so much justice. BlazingKnight, thank you. I enjoyed every bit of it, and I really enjoyed how Sitri gave Edelgard that lush to reach out, despite it being futile. This is brilliant on two fronts. One: Sitri would seem this to be a main method of avoiding conflict, but especially for their own allies as they will suffer as much as Rhea and her forces. Two: As stated in said video, it showed Edelgard was an exemplary leader. To offer negotiations like that is not easy. But because she offered first, it helps paint her in a more positive light. And going forward with the five years, may even sway more people to the Empire, seeing how Rhea completely dismissed the notion to lash out with reckless abandon. Smashing work. And thank you so much.
