I lost one of my Tune 125TWS buds last week (left). Was very disappointed. Ordered a replacement set from JBL (got both earbuds). I was unable to pair the new left earbud with the old right one. Both new ones work together. But this reset technique (to pari an old one with a replacement bud) does not work for 125TWS.

In general it should be possible. But I believe it works a little different due to the touch sensors instead of having buttons.

Both of my earbuds charge, the problem is that the left earbud does not turn on at all. Like, after I take the left earbud out is is dead. Any suggestions?

I kept playing with my left ear but in the case. Meaning I would tap on it hold it for 3 seconds 8 seconds and finally the light actually came back on and I was able to receive it like the video suggest. However the left ear Bud keeps dying I really think that these JBL products are not very reliable. When I first got bees not even a month ago they became my number one. However once they started malfunctioning I can reset it but I can't trust going for a run without the left one going back out again I'm going to try and return mine because I just don't think it's a quality product long time. Can I say that because this is my second set of JBL wireless headphones and service it is not working either

@@Lee2theRob1 sadly not. It’s more expensive than just buying a new set on Ebay, which is going for about $40. Here’s the kicker: if the left ear is too far away from the right ear for too long, it loses functionality. Because I never found the left ear, it basically bricked itself. Just buy a new set, saves stress and struggle.
