"Tarzan Boy" is that song no-one knows the name of but as soon as you do the chorus call, they're like "oh yeah, I remember that!" The "Girls" video is wild! Gratuitous "Ghostbusters" callback, then Ray goes from a neon club to a rice paddy field because reasons and comes back in drag wearing a hot pink dress and blonde wig before the bad guys try to blow him up with a remote control plane, like a real plane, not a model plane. Good set of pins on Ray, lmao. Best bit is when Ray's cracking on to the hottie at the bar. I was like, "is that Irene Cara?" Yep, it was! There was a brief moment in 1984 - a split second! - when Irene Cara and Ray Parker Jr were probably the biggest singers in the world...
