12:02 that happens a lot more often than you may think, its the reason ferro-rods in the weight disk were banned from tournaments when i was a kid, but it was a little safer for us than in official tournaments because the place we frequented built special beyblade rings out of extra large woks resting on a concrete mold and concrete barriers to deflect the beyblades back into the ring. since they were so large it made it possible for the beyblades to recover from a harsh attack if they had enough momentum left, unlike official rings which are so tiny that even a single weak hit was enough to end the match in an instant. I never had that happen to me personally since i only did one match and gave up after seeing my competitor cheating with a "quad burger patty" style beyblade and not getting disqualified for it. Lucky too because that very same beyblade sent someone to the hospital in the semi finals.
