Milk also has a grace period once it comes out of an animal, after that bacteria starts to form, farms usually store the milk into sterilised metal containers, so unless the the animal is sick drinking it straight after is safe

I need to spend enough time outside and doing stuff throughout the day or I will have too much energy and just won't sleep at all. I need to flip from side to side since I get sore, and have my head as close to the wall as possible without touching since I can't sleep with my feet hanging over the bed or my head touching the cold wall. I need a sleep mode on my phone hours ahead of time. I can't be hungry. I have to be cold or I will sweat until I'm too uncomfortable to sleep. All that and I still can't get to sleep until 3AM or later. If my new mattress (I'm getting on Thursday and am super excited) doesn't work I'm just asking my doctor for sleep drugs. The worst part is, I'm a massive workaholic and always have something I could have done with my morning, but I just can't get out of bed.

As far as I know its not the milk that contains those bacteria's its the skin of the udder due to ita location on the cows body. Being very close to the ground where the cow deficates and urinates. If the udder is properly cleaned with soap and water the milk should be fine. My father lived on a dairy farm as a child and has told me stories of he and his friend would do much the same as the woman in the clip when they milked.
